Warranty & Repair

I stand behind my products - if you see defective craftsmanship on your new bag, I’ll replace it. If you bag fails due to bag construction giving out, it will be repaired/replaced free of charge.

Damages due to ‘wear and tear’ and other extraneous circumstances may be able to repair at a reasonable cost and case by a case basis.

*As a manufacturer, I retain sole discretion on what determines 'normal wear and tear', 'extraneous circumstances,’ and ‘bag failure.’

Non-Warranty Repairs or repairs not covered under warranty are priced according to the complexity of the repair.
