Customers will get an email with tracking number when the order has been shipped. Please see the product description for shipping timeline.

We cannot refund or send a new order if your tracking says your package was delivered.

Domestic shipping is either UPS or USPS.

International shipping is UPS Expedited.

BXB is not responsible for customs fees.


The bags are made-to-order, so I rarely offer returns. I aim to be as informative as possible with my products so you can make an informed purchase. Please don't hesitate to ask questions about sizing, design, material, etc. If there needs to be a return, I can accept un-used items within 15 days of delivery. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
